I was rooting for them, the Carolina Hurricanes, to win. Too bad they are not still in Hartford, but oh well. C'est la vie.

Edmonton, particularly Torres, played pretty chippy hockey throught the series. While I normally like to see teams based in Canada win, and was really impressed with the Edmonton crowd singing both national anthems, I am glad that chippy hockey did not win the Stanley Cup.

Too bad the VH1 footage of you in your Whalers shirt never aired. It's just languishing away in some archival store room, waiting for someone to turn your interview into Wondershowzen clip (because you signed your soul to MTV, right?).

Nothing like the good old days, when they knew how simple and cool team logos and jerseys could be.

I think the people at EA (or whoever this was made by) need to study up on the concept of the 'playoff beard.'

I love the playoff beard. I wish I was allowed to grow a playoff beard.
