Here's the thing: there are two types of fan bases, real ones and faux ones. For instance, I'd be terrified to wear any Patriots gear to a game in...say, Heinz Field. But not at the Indy Dome. Then again, I don't think Steeler fans would give up their playoff tickets under any circumstances.
